MahaShivratri 2024 : A night with the Divine
We are going to follow online, the nightlong Mahashivratri celebration at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore conducted by Sadhguru. It includes discourses & guided meditations by Sadhguru and dance and musical performances by renowned artistes. We will also perform bhajans at Manawa Bharti (all are welcome to join and perform).
To make the best use of the MahaShivratri night, it is recommended to stay awake from sunset until sunrise (in your time zone) with an erect spine.
