About the Event
Dear Friends and Well-wishers of Manawa Bharthi,
We will be hosting a weekly recital of the Sundara Kanda, which is the fifth book in the Hindu epic Ramayana. It tells the story of Hanuman's journey to Lanka to search for Sita, who was kidnapped by the demon king Ravana. The Sundara Kanda is considered by many, the heart of Valmiki's Ramayana and is recited on Tuesdays or Saturdays to nullify the malefic effects of the planet Shani. Its recital is also believed to bring harmony to the household.
Join us for this beautiful chapter and experience the selflessness, strength, and devotion of Hanuman.
